Dedicated since 1966 to the world of events, it has different rooms with capacities ranging from 25 to 1,200 guests, all conditioned with air conditioning, adjustable lighting, ambient music and toilets.

Son Termes is divided into 3 zones depending on the number of diners.

Zone 1 (from 150 to 400 pax)

• Miranda Terrace, outside appetizer

• Chimeneas, inside appetizer in case of bad weather and / or open bar in a different space than dinner

• Carrozas, banquet and open bar

 Zone 2 (from 20 to 150 pax)

• Patio Sa Clastra, outside appetizer

• Tafona, inside appetizer in case of bad weather

• Nova, banquet and subsequent open bar

• Aljibe, banquet (maximum 70pax) and / or open bar in a different space than dinner

Zone 3 (from 70 to 1200 pax)

• Oliver de Termes Terrace, outside appetizer

• Oliver de Termes, inside appetizer, banquet and open bar

* This room is very large and diaphanous but through a curtain we can adapt the size to the needs of each client, being appropriate for events of less than 100pax or 1200pax.

Zone 1 and 2 share an entrance, S ’Olivera and parking. Zone 3 has its own entrance and parking independent from the farm.

For the dinner there are 2 options, Clastra or Miranda. Beautiful outside space in a stunning Mallorquien Finca.
