SANDS GARDENS AREA

1. All the weddings are taking place at the SANDS GARDENS AREA, an open air area opposite the Hotel next to the Beach.

2. Sands Gardens is an outlet of the Hotel Atlantica Bay and for that reason is complying with all the policies of the Hotel

3. In case of bad weather the wedding event will take place in the Ballroom of the hotel.

4. Maximum Capacity of the dinner area is 350 guests

5. Children from the age of 6-12 are charged half price

6. We would like to inform you that music is until 02:00, according to the local police department and the hotel's rules and regulations. The DJ is obligated to use the Atlantica Bay sound system at the Sands Gardens. The DJ is required to supply a mixer with RCA or RXL extensions and a laptop only.

7. The Hotel has the right to refuse cooperation with any DJ that will not follow the above instructions.

8. To book and confirmed the date the hotel requires a deposit of 1000 euros
